Araba Talent is a training scholarship programme promoted by the Provincial Council of Alava, aimed at graduate students who were born or live in Alava, which offers specialist training at internationally renowned centres and subsequent incorporation into one of the participating companies. The programme is aimed at responding to the needs for highly qualified talent in the business fabric of the region of Alava.
