Euskampus Fundazioa and the University of Bordeaux are jointly organising the workshop "Basics of Research, Design and Publishing practices for a Scientific Paper" by Professor Tim Smithers. The aim of the workshop is to introduce design basics and techniques in order to be innovative, creative, disciplined and efficient when producing high quality scientific papers. The workshop is aimed at PhD students and their tutors from the UPV/EHU and the University of Bordeaux.
Travel and accommodation will be covered for cotutelle PhD students under joint supervision by both universities. Please register for the event in advance here by 7 December, or get in contact with Julieta Barrenechea: julieta.barrenechea@euskampus.eu

Euskampus Fundazioak eta Bordeleko Unibertsitateak “Ikerketa Praktiken Oinarriak, Publikazio Zientifiko baten diseinu eta produkzioa” tailerra antolatu dute elkarrekin, eta Tim Smithers irakasleak emango du. Tailerraren helburua da kalitateko zientzia argitalpenak modu berritzailean, sormenez, diziplinaz eta eraginkorki gauzatzeko diseinu arloko ezagutzak eta teknikak irakastea. Tailerra doktoregoko ikasleentzat eta UPV/EHUko eta Bordeleko Unibertsitateko doktoregaien zuzendarientzat pentsatua dago.
Antolatzaileek ordainduko dizkiete bidaia eta ostatu gastuak doktoregoa unibertsitate bien arteko tutorekidetzan edo zuzendarikidetzan egiten ari diren ikasleei. Parte hartzeko, aurretik izena eman behar da hemen abenduaren 7a baino lehenago, edo harremanetan jarri behar da Julieta Barrenechearekin (julieta.barrenechea@euskampus.eu).

Euskampus Fundazioa y la Université de Bordeaux organizan conjuntamente el taller "Fundamentos de Prácticas de Investigación, Diseño y Producción de una Publicación científica" que será impartido por el profesor Tim Smithers. El taller tiene por objetivo introducir nociones y técnicas del campo del diseño que permiten enfocar de forma innovadora, creativa, disciplinada y eficiente la elaboración de publicaciones científicas de calidad. El taller está dirigido a estudiantes de doctorado y sus directores o directoras de la UPV / EHU y de la Université de Bordeaux.  
La organización cubrirá los viajes y el alojamiento para el caso de estudiantes de doctorado en cotutela o co-dirección entre ambas universidades. Para poder participar en el evento será necesario inscribirse previamente aquí antes del 7 de diciembre o bien contactar con Julieta Barrenechea: julieta.barrenechea@euskampus.eu

Euskampus Fundazioa, a non-profit organisation founded by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Fundación Tecnalia and the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC), are looking to recruit a Collaboration Analyst to work within the Poles of Knowledge of Euskampus Fundazioa.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• Identify social and global challenges.
• Identify scientific and technological capabilities in the Euskampus aggregation.
• Help to design and deploy initiatives that activate the capabilities of the Euskampus aggregation to tackle social and global challenges.
• Participate in the design and deployment of initiatives that connect social needs with scientific and technological capabilities.
• Help to foster co-creation interdisciplinary collaborative research interactions.
• Help to design and organise diffusion and dissemination activities.
